Empty promises.

Have you ever how hurtful that can be?

Try to imagine that you're looking forward to something and then sombody came to tell you it had been postponed to a later date..

You are disappointed, but at least you looked forward to that later date, which was something good..

But later, that somebody hinted you that the thing is cancelled due to the arrival of some matter..

You know that that matter is more important then your thing, but inevitably, you'll be filled with disappointment because now, there's no later date for you to look forward to..

Have you ever have this kind of feeling?

Well, I have it recently..

To add to the feeling of disappointment, I actually have another feeling, that is, anger..

I feel that no one is actually listening to what I say all these while, in fact, all these years..

Just take for example, when you ask somebody if you can use his or her things, you are actually seeking his or her permission..

If that person say "yes", that means you can use his thing, but if that person say "no", that means you can't use his thing..

But this particular person that I met is very weird.

She asked me if she can wear my slipper out cause she spoilt hers..

She's seeking my permission to use my thing right now and I answered "no" cause I'll have to buy lunch later since she's going out..

But she just grumbled, grumbled, grumbled and guess what?

She just wore it out!!

How ridiculous?!

You're seeking people's permission and people didn't gave you the permission, yet you just go ahead with the decision that you'd made before asking..

Is that equivalent to not asking for permission?

Even if I say yes or no, you'll just wear it, what for you ask me?

I mean, WHAT'S THE USE OF ASKING?!

It's USELESS!!

Even though it's just a pair of sandal, but, from my point of view, it's a matter of respect to other's decision..

This person is none other than, my mum..

I'll have to say that I'm utterly disappointed with her actions..
She has also given me 2 empty promises..

She had promised to bring me go to aunty Maggie's salon there to do rebonding last saturday but it was postponed to today..

Today we can't go, I can understand because today, my grandma is undergoing quite a major operation..

But sat, just because of her friend's one sentence, she postponed it..

Just because of ONE stupid reason without any proof and that is, "Saturday alot of people, later she anyhow do."

Is like, are you so sure that particular saturday alot people?

Maybe there isn't?

And she just postponed it like that..

The most angry part is that, she went out with my mum on that day..

Leaving me alone at home all day..

How RIDICULOUS is this?

If not for her, I will have straight and beautiful hair now!

I guess I will hate her..

Mum's going to work full tmr, that means I don't know have to wait till when..

I don't have much time left waiting, I'm going to the roadshow this sat and I want my hair to be done!

Guess it's impossible now!

From these two incidents, I can see that she doesn't listen to what I say most of the time..

Her friend just say one sentence and she postponed it, I said one word, but she went ahead with her decision..

I've successfully become a person who day things that no one will listen...

How sad that can be?!!

The last thing that I can't stand is that, because of grandma's illness, she'd been in a bad mood, but that doesn't mean that she can scold me and my sis for no reason!

我们不是你的出气筒！

This was what she told me last time, I have not forgotten, looks like she has forgotten!

I guess I'll have to use this method to remind her someday..
